Welcome to The Banks of Cincinnati

The Banks, a mixed-use development on Cincinnati's riverfront between Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark, will soon become the crowning jewel of downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio riverfront. Upon completion, The Banks project will include roughly 2.8 million square feet of new mixed-use construction, including up to one million square feet of office space, up to 1,800 housing units, up to 200 hotel rooms, up to 300,000 square feet of retail, and a 45-acre park.
